All credits valid for 6 months from the first wellness class booking. Mix-and-match sessions across teams and departments under the same corporate booking — all credits must be used by the same entity. All sessions delivered in Cantonese or English.
Service area: Pricing above applies to on-site offices on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon, and in New Territories CBD. Additional transportation fees apply for outlying islands and remote sites — please share the office address to quote.
Reschedule & cancellation: To move or cancel a confirmed class, email [email protected] in writing at least 3 working days before the scheduled time. Otherwise the session may be counted as a used credit.
Extreme weather: When the Hong Kong Observatory issues a black rainstorm warning or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, we will reschedule affected classes at no charge without requiring advance notice. Your Beans Wellness account manager will reach out — please keep the contact details on file up to date.
Credits: Class credits are non-transferable and non-refundable to other companies or entities.
